Introducing Glovius PLUS – Export CAD to STEP

We are excited to announce a new  Glovius PLUS plan that enables you to export all your 3D CAD parts and assemblies to STEP, IGES, Parasolid, STL and 3MF formats. 

STEP files have become the de–facto standard in CAD data exchange use cases. Companies are setting up processes to use 3D files for collaboration and communication with their suppliers and extended teams. With the ability to add PMI information in the 3D files in specific STEP file schemas like AP242, exporting to STEP format is beneficial for MBD/MBE scenarios as well. You can export all 3D parts and assemblies from popular CAD file types like CATIA, Creo, NX, Solidworks, SolidEdge and Inventor. Glovius is a modern STEP file viewer.

With the Glovius PLUS plan you can now export your CAD parts and assemblies to  

• STEP files especially AP242 and AP 214 schemas.  
• IGES and Parasolid files. 
• STL and 3MF – 3MF is a universal specification for 3D Printing industry and supported by a variety of founding companies like Microsoft, Autodesk, Dassault Systems, PTC and Siemens.
